This November, Viajante87 joins forces with Hermanos Coffee for Beyond the Bean, a collaboration bringing together the art of speciality coffee and the craft of exceptional cocktails. United by their Latin American roots and a shared commitment to quality, the two brands explore new expressions of coffee through three original creations, each conceived to showcase the character of an extraordinary ingredient. 

At the heart of the collaboration is Domingos Gesha, an award-winning coffee cultivated by Domingo Torres, who built his farm from the ground up after more than two decades working in mining and sugarcane fields. Delicate notes of jasmine, lemon sorbet and vanilla lend the coffee its distinctive profile, providing an elegant foundation for Viajante87’s considered approach to cocktail making. 

Drawing inspiration from coffee traditions across Latin America, the collection moves from the warming spices of Mexico’s Café de Olla to the bold, tropical character of Cafezinho and the crisp, effervescent simplicity of Coffee Tonic. Each cocktail offers a distinct interpretation, balancing the nuances of the coffee with thoughtful flavour pairings and the creativity of the bar. 

More than a meeting of ingredients, Beyond the bean is a celebration of two worlds of craft - where the heritage of Colombian coffee meets the art of contemporary mixology.
